The fastest way to solve most issues is to review the guides in the Docs section:

- Visit the FAQ section on the homepage for answers to common questions about plans, devices, and features.
- Review the Changelog to see if your issue relates to a recent change or newly fixed bug.
3. Troubleshoot common extension issues
- Make sure the ChatEngram extension is installed, enabled, and up to date in your browser.
- Reload the page where you expect capture to work (for example, ChatGPT or DeepSeek).
- If something suddenly stopped working after a browser update, try disabling other extensions that might conflict and then reloading.
